Restorative Practices
Learn more about how to create restorative spaces, facilitate circles, and more. We start with the history of restorative practices and then train on how to run circles to build community and repair harm when needed.
Introductory Training: 2 Hours (minimum)

Restorative Practices: Up to 16 hours

Conflict Resolution
Interested in training staff or students in a variety of conflict resolution skills using a restorative paradigm. We offer training and facilitation of conflict resolution processes.
Mediation
We offer mediation services for individuals who are in conflict. Each person must be willing to participate in the process and will have an individual session with one of our mediators before meeting with the other individual.
Restorative Circles
Looking to build community within your organization or need a space to discuss an issue or problem? Let one of our facilitators lead a circle for you.
Community Group Conferences
Community group conferences are reserved for most severe conflicts that harm a larger community. Experts and external community members are invited to discuss what happened and what needs to occur to repair the harm.
Implementation Planning and Consultation Services
We utilize implementation science to support easy adoption within your organization. We will work with your team over a period of planning sessions to ensure flexible planning to meet the needs of your community.
